I work with Richard and Matthew focusing on Business Development. Sourcing projects to bid for to help extend the capacity of their production kitchen in Manchester. I have co-written the business plan to bid as operators to run a large multi-million North-West market Hall, sourced event companies to allow us to tender for large corporate events.
